
What is the iWait. Club?iWait. Club (formerly the Teen Advisors) is a leadership/mentoring organization for high school students committed to choosing abstinence until marriage. The iWait. Program provides opportunities for students to join together in their beliefs while mentoring and encouraging their peers.
All high school age students (9th-12th grade) are invited to be a part of the iWait. Program, including home education, public, and private school students.
Each participant must sign a one-year contract committing to a drug and alcohol-free lifestyle while abstaining
from premarital sex.
The iWait. Freedom Pledge is a pledge to oneself, family, and friends and is based on personal character and honor.
Participants attend club meetings/huddles and fun events with the iWait. Program. Plant City High School students attend club meetings on school appointed dates. Other events include overnight lock-ins, Great2Wait Rally, spring retreat, fall retreat, a dance, and a lot more time to get together, hang out, and have fun!
YES!! For active participants, the Pregnancy Care Center of Plant City offers a fantastic prospect for community service hours and/or a SUMMER JOB! MAKING REAL MONEY! iWait. Summer Staff Program is a program for high school students to teach/mentor middle school students on the freedoms enjoyed by those choosing to save sex for marriage.
